Orhan Bayrak, who is a graduate of ITU- Faculty of Architecture and IU MBA, has been carrying out design and project applications as an architect in the private sector and abroad since the beginning of 90's. After founding Kinesis Construction in 1993 to provide comprehensive design, architecture and construction application services, Bayrak went beyond construction projects with his entrepreneur and investor personality and made hotel, mass housing and land investments and undertook the operations of many of them.

We opened Hotel Alâ in 2010 in Alaçatı, an urban protected area which preserves its historical and natural structure. Hotel Alâ offers service throughout the year and keeps its doors open for 12 months.
Hotel Alâ sits on a very large area and on the remains of stone houses which have been revitalized . Therefore, it has an architectural structure that emerged as a result of the combination of Alaçatı's stone building tradition with bay windows and modern aesthetic interpretation. One of the biggest hotels in the historical village, Hotel Alâ has 20 rooms and each room has a different decoration. All natural, massive handmade furniture brought from different islands of Indonesia; It differs from its counterparts with its garden landscape where the Mediterranean and tropical plant flora is successfully synthesized and displayed.
